Booking with us
Booking with us couldn’t be simpler. Give us a call, drop us a txt or send us an enquiry through our website and we will do the rest! Leave it with us to build you package and sit back and dream of those relaxing bubbles.
Special occasions
We know how stressful it can be organising special occasions. Let us relieve you of some of that stress. If you would like any additions such as balloons, flowers or a cake we can organise this for you for. We have teamed up with local businesses that can provide you with that little extra wow really giving you the hearts and bubbles experience for your special occasion.
Payment
On booking we ask for a £50 deposit, this will guarantee the hot tub of your choice and the package you have chosen. 7 days prior to your delivery and set up we ask for full payment of your package.
Short notice booking
If you book within 7 days of the date you want we will ask for full payment on booking to guarantee your package.

Want to extend your hire ….. No Problem!
We know you will fall in love with the wonderful hot tub spas so if you have booked a weekend hire and want to extend it to a week give us a call ! If we can we will !!
Cancellations
We understand that things happen and you may pay us a deposit and then need to cancel! We can work with you to re book your hot tub back in on another date so that you do not lose your deposit. Any cancellations within 7 days will be a non-refundable deposit.
Area
Hearts and Bubbles operate in Leicester and Leicestershire, anyone with a LE postcode is able to book. If you live out of this area please call us to see if we can help. Please note and areas out of the LE postcode area will have an additional “out of area” charge.
Gift vouchers
Looking for a special gift for a loved one or a friend. We at Heart and Bubbles can supply you with a gift card for one of our hot tub packages for you to gift to them. You pay the full amount on purchasing the voucher and they simply call and book when they want to use the voucher. All vouchers purchased are valid for 12 months.
T&C'S
Terms and conditions will apply to your hire, on enquiry our team will advise you of these and supply you with a rental contract on booking. Our team will give you a full demonstration on the set up day and will supply you with advice sheets and call out contact number for the duration of your hire.
